Bayview Community Development Corporation (BCDC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1993 with the goal of improving the quality of life in underserved communities throughout San Diego County. The corporation focuses on providing a variety affordable housing solutions, supporting local businesses, and leading economic development initiatives.

We provide pathways for moving from poverty to prosperity by:

  • Expanding the supply of decent housing.

  • Supporting economic development in low resourced communities

  • Creating and sustaining public-private partnerships.

Affordable Housing

Bayview CDC owns and operates 3 residential developments, providing quality housing for residents across San Diego. These units ensure housing stability for low- moderate income families and individuals. Responsive maintenance, safe common areas, and quality upkeep ensure every unit is a place residents are proud to call home.

Community Services

We help residents access social services, financial counseling, and community programs that support their overall well-being.
