Bayview Community Development Corporation (BCDC) a California 501 (c) 3 non-profit benefit corporation was incorporated April 1993. Located in the Southern Area of San Diego, Bayview CDC serves City Council District 4 and the northern portion of District 8 comprising San Diego’s metropolitan core. These two districts represent a large culturally and racially diverse low-to-moderate income population.

Bayview CDC’s focus is on energy efficient low income housing and recycling of capital within communities considered underserved which addresses the healthy development of:
